The hotel was indeed very spacious and had a great lakeview, but it felt a bit too small for a family of 4. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond for us, though it was puzzling that the laundry closed at 10 pm till 1 pm the next day. The location was directly in front of Lake Toya, offering a perfect view of fireworks at the bank at 8:45 pm.
